All members of the KSC team are extremely well-qualified in their chosen fields. KSC only recruits staff with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, acquired both in consulting and operational roles. For larger or niche engagements, we maintain a vetted network of contract associates. KSC believes in clear communication with clients at the commencement of, and during, an engagement. We always do our utmost to understand a client’s needs before quoting on work, maximising client certainty and agreeing methodology. We typically quote on a "fixed fee" basis, but can work on a day rate basis if appropriate.
We ensure the same staff work on your engagement from start to finish, so that client knowledge does not need to be periodically re-learnt. We also endeavour to use the same core team to perform any subsequent related work to ensure consistency and efficiency. These consultants are supported by other specialists as and when required. This ensures that you are provided with cost-effective, scalable and pragmatic solutions which meet your business objectives.
